Joe had a lot of useful information for how to get started hosting on Airbnb, in addition to tips for optimizing your listing over the long-term. He was very receptive to feedback, and adjusted his itinerary for the class to adequately address everyone's questions. He also shared some great stories from his experience as a host. I now feel like I have a more complete idea of what hosting via Airbnb entails and how to go about planning to do this. Thanks Joe!
