As a certified Cicerone and Beer Judge Certification Program judge, I provide beer education for bars, restaurants, and the general public. Past and current clients include Fatpour Tap Works, Au Cheval, Horse Thief Hollow Brewing Co, Lo Rez Brewing, The Vig, Great Central Brewing, Vice District Brewing, and Headquarters Beercade. I also provide sensory and beer style training classes for becoming certified through the Beer Judge Certification Program.
I've been brewing beer for over 15 years. I'm currently the president of CHAOS brew club, which is a 501c3 educational non-profit that provides education and brewing space to people interested in beer and homebrewing.

Jeff was smart and engaging, the beer was tasty, and there was a huge amount of candy. I liked his directed, focused nature about what to look for in the tastings and pairings, he pointed out nuances I wouldn't have picked up on without him.
