Incredibly fun, hands-on and educational experience. Our Heritage Coffee & Bicycle baristas were super friendly and knowledgeable. I really felt empowered to take my coffee homebrewing game to a new level and my fellow coffee nerds really made the experience extra awesome.

A really fantastic class if you have never brewed coffee at home or if you do it every day. It has definitely upped my pour over game! It's a great space and the teachers are really knowledgeable and a lot of fun. Totally worth doing, bring a friend or go solo!

Great class for a winter weeknight! Both instructors did a great job of making the whole class inviting and informative. By the end of the class our group felt like old friends trying out a new coffee shop rather than a bunch of strangers trying not to embarrass themselves while learning different pour-over methods.

This was a lot of fun! I'm definitely a coffee novice, but I went with my boyfriend who is a coffee addict. We both loved learning about the different techniques and the impact it can have on the overall taste and flavor of the finished product. The staff at Heritage was great!

Very informative, with exceedingly patient and knowledgeable instructors. Excellent class overall, and very much recommended for anyone who wants to get more in depth with their favorite brew!

I learned a lot in this course. The time flew by. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants a deeper understanding of how their bicycle is put together. Makes you appreciate bike repair professionals. Very cool shop, too.

I know little to nothingness about bikes. This class took things to the basics to learn what each part does. It has a lot of hands-on experience and you can ask as many questions as you'd like (in fact, they are encouraged)! I feel more comfortable approaching my bike with repairs and knowing what part plays what in the bike. I greatly recommend!

This was a truly excellent class. The teacher had a great combination of being very knowledgeable in the subject area while also helping everyone to succeed in a friendly and fun way. He gave awesome demonstrations and instructions and we all felt so accomplished at the end! You could tell the well-planned and thought-out lesson was made by people passionate about what they do.
I would recommend it to anyone with interest in not only bikes/biking but also tools, mechanics, and building things in general. You get lots of useful advice and new knowledge about bike maintenance, management, and mechanics against the backdrop of the fun group task. You may never have plans to build a bike of your own, or even be no more than a fair weather biker, but there is so much more to take away from the experience. Great for a group of friends wanting to do something together, or, I imagine, meeting new people with common interests.

Great experience, learned a lot in a short period of time. I feel confident in building a bike from the frame up now.
