Ellen was awesome and really went the extra mile to create a wonderful environment for learning and sharing. She even brought in local foods for us to try prior to our class. It was well worth the experience and I wouldn't hesitate to take another class from Ellen. Thanks so much!

It was a wonderful experience! Ellen is a fabulous teacher. I left with a lot of useful and helpful knowledge. I recommend Ellen's classes to anyone interested in improving their lives.

I've been interested in learning more about Accupressure for years and was excited to be able to sign up for this class. I wasn't disappointed. Ellen was very welcoming and was happy to share all her knowledge about self-healing. The class was a good balance of physical activity and lecture which facilitated learning for all types of students. Ellen even used a clever mnemonic device to help us remember the pressure points she discussed. I felt very supported in my learning and very comfortable asking questions.

The atmosphere was very relaxed. I enjoyed that. Ellen had us each tell a little bit about ourselves. There were healthy, holistic snacks and drinks provided and she explained why she brought those particular items. We began with a short meditation period. I loved participating in making the happiness boxes, as I suffer from depression it will be a go to strategy for me. We ended the session with body movements to music and a few yoga exercises! I thoroughly enjoyed the experience! The other attendees were very welcoming and pleasant :)

If for no other reason, attend for the food!
The venue is a scratch kitchen restaurant that provides a few delightful courses throughout the evening.
Class is an intimate setting around the table that invites fellowship while munching and crunching. It is an introduction to alternative options in medicine and health, and our leader, Ellen, lives what she 'preaches' (^^). She provides a reservoir of personal experience when sharing her lifestyle choices, and happily welcomes the other participants' questions and opinions with respect and ease. Ellen is genuine, and I for one felt quite safe discussing unusual and what some call unconventional topics of medicine and diet despite my minimal exposure to the subject (this class was a good place to start learning more). It was good company and discussion.
Happiness and Mindfulness is not just a religious/philosophical orientation. It can be applied to all tenants of one's life - and that's the crux of this class: being mindful of our choices in any area of our lives and how such can contribute to our reasonable happiness.
    Cheers!

The Happiness and Mindfulness class was taught by Ellen, who is warm and engaging and supportive of all attendees. The venue, Seedz, is remarkable in its karma and the food was simply delicious. Ellen is very knowledgeable in non-traditional methods of healing and very approachable with regard to your personal questions.

The "class content" was poor. I didn't think that
I was in a philosophy class.
