Bill Christman

Saint Louis artist, sign painter and smart alec, Bill Christman has been creating Americana Folk Art for over 30 years. He is the proprietor of neighborhood icon, Joe's Cafe, in the Skinker DeBaliviere Neighborhood since 1980. In 1997 Bill opened The Mirth Mystery and Mayhem on the 3rd floor of the City Museum which toted an exhibit to the Corn Dog for over 15 years.

The Smithsonian Museum of American History in Washington DC invited Bill to display an exhibit titled "The Dark Side of The Corn Dog". He has also exhibited at the Galway Arts Festival in Ireland. Bill's eclectic sense of design lends a truly authentic Americana ambience to everything he touches.
