Great class. We tasted a variety of items the instructor brought to class. There was a great handout with recipes to try. Fun class.

I really enjoyed this class. I had no idea pickling was so easy! I thought it was well taught and went over additional information that was quite interesting. I enjoyed the tasting as well, because they were all items that I had never tried before. When I thought of pickling, I just considered typical pickles from cucumbers, but here I was able to try things I never thought of and that was really cool. I really think that I'll have no issue pickling at home, which is the whole point. I would recommend this class!
