Event Overview

Join us for guided session of laughter therapy, applying the rule of fake it till you make it, we begin with breathing exercises then follow along with some simple variety of laughter types, no need for fancy pants or too much bending. Bring a pillow or blanket for comfort as we may be laying on the floor at some point as in rotfl (roll on the floor laughter) I am not a certified laughter yoga instructor..yes they require training for this so I call it laughter club

open minded and encouraging, always willing to Inspire everyone.Not certified in laughter yoga, however I study laughter yoga process and love to laugh, it is my desire to practice hour of laughing to reduce my own cortisol levels, as well as improve the energy level of my life and those around me. heeheehee ha ha ha ho ho ho hu hu hu.

    The class was really enjoyable - definitely out of my comfort zone! Teacher is kind, fun, and welcoming, to say the least...really a great time!

    What an uplifting time I had in this class. It was held in the library of the Thomas Dunn Learning Center, a perfect spot. Sonia is warm & welcoming. I left with specific laughter techniques to practice on my own in order to relieve stress, gain health benefits & improve my outlook on life. She also had handouts with additional information & links to other resources for further study. I am definitely glad I took this class.
