Anybody that knows me... knows how I love to cook! Coming from an Italian Heritage and a daughter of an army cook, I had no other choice than to learn the delectable art of cooking.
It has been said my gram's recipe for her pasta red sauce is used at Tony's Restaurant downtown! (Familia!)
In my family... we are artist, musicians and cooks! I got the trifecta of family traits!
Come join me in my "kit"chen for an evening of cooking lessons! We are gonna make my gram's sauce! It is to die for! Bring an appetite and a bottle of wine...
I have spent a lifetime in the kitchen and in food and beverage... in between my career in the arts!
