Event Overview
Have you ever wondered what goes into making kimchi? Kimchi is a traditional Korean fermented condiment made out of Napa cabbage, daikon radish, and Korean red pepper flakes. Come learn the history behind the art of kimchi making! You’ll leave with two jars of your own creations, plus the know-how that goes into making it again and again at home!
As a small step toward making The Works a space for everyone, we save one spot in every class for someone who wants to attend but otherwise can’t afford to. This is an honor system program - read more about it here. All ticket sales are subject to our Terms and Conditions
