ABOUT THIS EVENT
Food & Drink
Make like a mixologist and impress your friends with handcrafted cocktails from ingredients grown right out your back door! Join the Simple Goodness Sisters Belinda and Venise to dive into the world of garden-to-glass cocktails and mocktails. These ladies can’t wait to share their passion for sustainable farming, bold flavors, and the beautiful PNW with you! Bartender Belinda is the owner of the Happy Camper Cocktail Company, a garden-to-glass mobile bar, and farmer Venise grows herbs and edible flowers on her farm in Buckley, WA.
Come learn from the best as they share their planting plans in depth, demonstrating how each herb, flower, fruit, and vegetable can be used to make tasty and delicious drinks at home. The fun doesn’t stop there! You’ll also learn how to plant your own cocktail garden, including starting herbs seeds in class to kick off your garden-to-glass efforts at home.
As a small step toward making The Works a space for everyone, we save one spot in every class for someone who wants to attend but otherwise can’t afford to. This is an honor system program - read more about it here. All ticket sales are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
All ages welcome
