Are you looking for a new way to handle anxiety—one that you can do on your own time and in your own way?
Art-making can help us move through our anxious thoughts and feelings. It can help us approach anxiety in an accessible way and better understand what we’re experiencing. In this class, we will begin our own unique art journals, talk about what art journaling is, and discuss some creative exercises to do on your own to help manage anxiety and stress in a fun and relaxing way!
