Event Overview

What's biodynamic? Are screwcaps any good? What temp should you cellar your whites and reds? Don't luscious, glass-gripping legs mean a wine is good quality?

Somewhere along the way, wine became an elitist pastime-- a hobby that required one to know the do's and don't, the 'right' from 'wrong'. In the meantime, the rest of the world humbly sipped away, hanging onto questions that never seemed to get answered.

Well, now's your chance to find out all you wanted to know! And no, for those who are wondering, actual cherries and leather do not find their way into the fermentation vessel... usually. Bring these and so many other questions into a safe space surrounded by curiosity, not judgement. Don't worry, you will be greeted with a glass to calm those nerves...
