Michele & Zach are the perfect team to support you in achieving your health goals! We aren't a company we aren't a brand just two personal trainers with nutrition coaching under our belt looking for guest to join us in personal training and nutrition advice! We're life coaches!



  • Zach has trained with influential people such as Paul Chek from holistic personal training in California, while also getting his certification with NASM along with ten years on hands experience. Transforming peoples lives more than once.

  • Michele has trained many sedentary women who were unable to lose weight just with nutrition. She helped women get the body they never knew they had with weight training and nutrition coaching! Michele has four years of practice and has five years of psychology to help you also maintain a healthy mental state through the hard patches of transformation.


How we work!


First, we get to know you and your needs! We discuss any health concerns but really we are interested in you & your readiness for exercise! It's important for us to clarify your goals and teach you how to develop these skills on your own! So hopefully you don't need us in the future!


Once we get to know you about 30 mins, we provide you with a full assessment, goal setting and then we will develop a plan according to you which we will discuss. This is both group & individuals, but we love groups so bring a friend!

Nutritionist- Personal Trainer #1 Michele Hernandez

Michele Hernandez is a Coach who works with all types of people to reach their health goals.

Michele believes through nutrition coaching and planning she can help you build positive eating habits, be more mindful with eating food and help guide you to a lifestyle of a flexible diet that works for you.

Michele has worked with many women who struggled with learning how to exercise or learning how to properly build eating habits that encourage a healthy lifestyle. She has fully transitioned many of women's mindsets and helped them achieve great transformation and results!

Michele is a Certified Nutrition Coach with Precision Nutrition and has a certification as a Yoga Teacher. Currently working her certification with N.A.S.M as a certified Trainer Level 1!

Michele holds a B.A in Psychology/Business from the University of Colorado- Denver.

Nutritionist- Personal Trainer #2 Zachery Romero

Zachery is a coach who works with people to feel and perform they’re best.
Zachery believes that balancing diet, rest, movement, and passion is key to a well-rounded life.
Zachery has helped clients lose weight, gain confidence, achieve personal records, and win athletic events.
Zachery is certified as NASM CPT and CES, CHEK Institute EC and HLC2, and PN lvl1, specializing in corrective exercise, sports performance, core conditioning, holistic health, and nutrition.
