Event Overview

Have you ever looked at the recipes for ravioli or pierogi and thought "That's too difficult. Where do I even begin?" Wonder no more. This class starts with a basic pasta recipe, then we'll go over stuffing ingredients, and stuff some pasta! We'll also talk about a few basic tools that are handy but not necessary.

Cheese or veggie will be available for ravioli while pierogi will feature potato and cheese or sauerkraut. Please let me know your preference so I bring enough of each. Your take-home will also include a recipe with variations for both. Come learn a fun, easy way to make stuffed pastas! Great for a fun date night, or to hang out and drink some cider and meet new pasta loving friends!

The class is at a cidery (if you're over 21 we'll be sharing some wine during this class)!

The class was fantastic. I bought is as a birthday gift for my husband. We both had a great time and enjoyed eating our delicious creations. We had a small class of 4 so it was very hands on an interactive. Thanks Kassia!

My daughter and I really enjoyed this class. Kassia is a fun teacher who is patient with her students. I think all the students left feeling confident they could make their own pasta and ravioli at home. You really don't need many tools, the ingredients are inexpensive, you certainly don't need expensive electric gadgets. Really enjoyed Stem Ciders, as well. Beautiful establishment, the cider was delicious. Thanks for a fun evening!

The class was held in a really cool winery, and one glass of wine was included in the price of the class, which made for a more 'authentic' italian experience. The class was small but it was nice to have enough space to work and the teacher was able to help us a lot. Each batch of pasta yielded about 2 dozen raviolis, so plenty for dinner that night! It was an easy and fairly quick process, so now that I know how, I will definitely make my own pasta at home!
