Event Overview
After spending all that time making a perfect marinara sauce or layering lasagna together intricately, have you ever sighed after tossing in store bought noodles knowing that they will never reach the nirvana that your creation deserves? Well, sigh no more! I'll help you tackle pasta making, any fears you may have of handling (and kneading) the dough, and send you home with some awesome pasta! We'll go over recipes, kneading, add-ins, machines, humidity (in Denver?!), and types. This is also perfect for someone trying to add more vegetables to their or a loved one's diet. Not we'll go over add-ins like spinach or kale, winter squash or sweet potatoes, and other fun veggie options.
You'll leave with the know-how and confidence to tackle fresh pasta and have some fresh pasta to take home and cook up for dinner!
The class is at a cidery and (if you're over 21) we'll be sharing some cider during this class!

She grew up making pierogies and since then has branched out (even though pierogies are still a favorite fall food of hers) into different types, shapes, and ways to love pasta!

A fun time, before I knew it I had a gorgeous lump in front of me of my very own handmade sweet potato angel hair pasta! I think Kassia would be able to answer any question about pasta, she was well prepared and knowledgeable and gave excellent instructions and advice.

This was an extremely fun class. The teacher was great and lots of fun. The venue was perfect for pairing with pasta. I left feeling like this was something I could do on my own and really make a change in my daily cooking options.

It was a great class in a really awesome atmosphere. The class was simple and easy to follow and most importantly FUN. I definitely recommend this class for those who are looking to learn the basics of pasta making but are too afraid to try!
