Event Overview

First we made homemade pasta and ravioli. We stuffed face with fresh dough, homemade sauce and creamy ricotta, and we honestly thought we didn't have room for one more bite. That was until we saw this class come through, though ... and suddenly we're unfastening our top buttons and convincing ourselves there's room for second helpings.

This Dabble class is part two of an Italian feast. Whether you want to take your knowledge of authentic Italian cooking one step farther, or are just sitting down to the table for the first time, we're gathering in the kitchen to learn to make ... potato gnocchi with fresh sauce!

We'll discuss grocery shopping for top-notch ingredients, the tools you'll need for prepping, the basics of making the potato dough, the cooking process and the variations of stuffing and sauces you can make to accompany your meal.

Taste tests along with wine will be included, and students will walk away inspired to flour up the kitchen and get to cookin' like they did in the old country.
