Event Overview

This course will introduce plant based eating with easy daily fare including all essential macronutrients in RDA quantities; including proteins, carbs, healthy fats, and micronutrients. Registrants will be provided with a choice of meals and ingredients, and we will create the democratically elected dinner of your choice :D


We will have a quick 5-minute presentation followed by a live meal preparation! Afterwards we can all chat and share a meal with anyone who wishes to stick around longer. 


Q&A session available after the dinner preparation. Do you want to learn how to make mylks? We can teach you to easily make a flavorful and nutritions plant-based mylk of your choice, e.g. oat mylk, almond mylk or our favorite, a mixture of oat, help, walnut, and spices! Do you want to learn to make water kefir or coconut milk kefir, cheezcake, bread, anything? Anything you want to make, just ask, we always allow time for questions and may even demo if we have the materials on hand. Anyone who wants to learn can stick around and learn what everyone else is curious about!


We will prepare an easy and delicious dishes, consisting of a salad with house made dressing, a main course with side, and a dessert!


From shopping, preparation, to cooking and serving, learn the ins and outs of cooking with healthy plant based ingredients.

Our emphasis is on whole foods, local where possible, and always organic. Learn anything you want from your favorite vegan recipe book, bring any special requests to the table. We can even VEGANIZE your favorite dish from your past!

He teaches how to shop, prepare and serve meals, specific to your tastes. Classes are always engaging, full of Q&A. From a teacher versed in nutrition, you will learn to make delicious meals to power anybody on any budget.
