Event Overview

You're thinking of starting your own business or tech development company, but you have no clue about the legal stuff. Lawyers are expensive - where should you start?

Dabblers will learn about forming corporations, limited liability companies and other business entities so that you start-off with the entity that best meets your needs. Bring a coffee and gain insight into how to incorporate, the filing process, and maintenance of the entity formalities to protect your business and your personal assets.

This class is great for those that want to point themselves in the right direction without heavy legal fees or hear other's experiences in this open-format class.
