In this 60-minute workshop, you will experience a unique blend of prenatal yoga and hypnobirthing meditation to help support you in your pregnancy!
Together we will explore how prenatal yoga and hypnobirthing can provide you with the tools you need to feel strong, stable, calm, and more prepared for the enviable changes of pregnancy and prepare for “labor day”.
The workshop will begin with a 30-minute all levels prenatal yoga class. In it you will get an introduction to asanas (poses) that increase blood flow, create stability, and decrease discomforts in the body. PLUS, learn breathing techniques to find mental clarity and cope with labor discomforts! Once you are gently guided into a comfortable final pose, you will be guided through a hypnotic experience that blends together sound therapy and meditation as a gateway to tapping into a hypnotic state, which is crucial while navigating your own unique labor experience.
