Event Overview

Take a deep dive into backbending with this workshop, and leave with tools to feel safe with the physical and emotional aspects of backbending! All experience levels welcome, from beginners to advanced yogis.


 


Bring a mat if you have one; if not, we'll have a few extras at the studio. We'll be in the south room at Old Town Triangle Association.

MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST

Emily has been teaching Nia Technique (which integrates the mind-body-spirit connection of yoga in a dance/martial arts format) for 15 years, and has been a 200-hr Registered Yoga Teacher for a year. Yoga and Nia have helped Emily discover peace and healing, and she loves sharing that with her students.
