Event Overview

Let's have some fun, meet people and be creative in this low-pressure writing workshop. We'll focus on quantity over quality in this intro class with easy-to-accomplish writing exercises and, then, hone in on some gems as we discuss what's working for you. No need to 'be funny' to join as you learn some tricks of the trade and sharpen your point of view. Your teacher has over 15 years of experience working with and teaching at established comedy clubs, running open mics/showcases and performing weekly.

Andrew has been teaching comedy with Second City and other comedy theaters for over 10 years and loves introducing people to creative writing.

(Boxing Classes) Andrew is a Golden Glove-winning boxer, doubly-certified personal trainer with a USA Boxing Coaches certification and a nutrition cert as well. He's ran many Dabble clinics and Meetup's with rave reviews and loves helping people learn a little about the sweet science in a fun and informative way.
