Greg Combs is a ten year veteran of the Hospitality Industry. In the last ten years he has worked in both the front and back of house in almost every position in the Industry, and now as a chef. He has worked with the Industries best in a variety of cuisines, but enjoys the more rustic approachable side to cooking. Chef Greg does his best to work with local farms and with artisanal products and is a proud supporter of both Green City and Lincoln Park farmers market.
