Heather Bragg served as a teacher and learning specialist for 19 years. She has since moved on to another field, but education is still a passion for her. She stays involved in education by offering workshops she herself has wished for as a parent.
Heather has a BA in Elementary Education from the University of Oklahoma and a MS in Communication Sciences & Disorders from Northwestern University. She lives with her family in the West Loop neighborhood of Chicago, where she now serves as a realtor.
