Event Overview

Ladies Daytreat grew-up! We are now a 1-day festival with 30 presenters, 31 workshops, healing tents and 9 workshop sites with art installations; all on the sacred grounds of Starved Rock’s magical Matthiessen River Area.

Our intention is to gather with all who identify as women in a way that is significant to them to join in celebration of the Divine Feminine. We welcome you to retreat for the day with no overnight stay, to reclaim your sacred wisdom, and to feel the support of sisterhood.

Choose Joy has brought together a diverse matrix of teachers, artists, healers, practitioners, musicians, change-makers and creatives who will be presenting workshops to awaken your inner goddess. There will be something for everyone - Talks, Yoga, Meditations, Reiki, Essential Oils, Sound-healing, Slack-lining, Dance, Ceremonies & more!
