Event Overview

You charge your iPad.
You charge your computer.
When was the last time you charged your soul?

At the Replogle Center for Counseling and Well-Being we understand that life gets in the way of taking care of ourselves. Our lives are challenging and complex. Committing to a series of weeks of healing seminars sometimes doesn't seem possible. At Replogle we make it easy to fit healing into your life. On the first three Tuesdays of every month you can just walk in and get a spiritual charge. No pressure. No commitments. No hassles. We know your life has enough of that already.

All classes will be held in the John Boyle conference room on the third floor of the Replogle Center at 126 East Chestnut. All faiths and levels of practice are welcome. The center has a small number of mats and cushions available. Please feel free to bring your own.

Schedule

September 2 : Meditation- Intro to meditation 6:30-7:00. Open Sit 7:00-8:45

This class consisted of a 30 min beginner intro and then a 90 minute meditation class which consisted of a quiet sit and then some discussion around an article and a talk which were feature during class. I thoroughly enjoyed the insight provided by other class members and took away a lot from the experience. Also, the building itself is very beautiful. :)

Very interesting course! I took away a whole different approach to viewing spirituality. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to change an aspect of themselves or anyone with a lot of stress.
