Come and de-stress from your workday with a Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and a Gong Relaxation class at the Mind Body Healing Center!
Class is held on Mondays from 5:45pm to 7:00pm
Kundalini Yoga is an uplifting blend of physical and spiritual practices, combining movement, mantra, breathing and meditation techniques. Often described as the Yoga of Awareness, the goal is to increase vitality, provide clarity, balance the body, and increase consciousness.
Come join us for a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation class to tune into your mind, body and soul. Raise your vibration, meditate deeply to connect to your heart space, and clear your emotional and physiological blocks. Every class will end with relaxing and calming vibration of the gong. No previous experience necessary.

Atma Dev Joti Kaur (Monica Stevanovic) is a certified RYT 200 Kundalini Yoga Instructor. She has worked in the corporate world for over 18 years and started practicing yoga and meditation to relieve stress and bring balance into her life. She first discovered Kundalini Yoga in 2012, and was amazed at the benefits it offered even after one class. Monica is a powerful yoga teacher and seeks to bring simplicity and clarity to complex spiritual topics. Teaching Kundalini Yoga brings her great joy and she loves to build beautiful and safe spaces to allow for transformation, growth and healing.
