ABOUT THIS EVENT
This meditation class will focus on the natural energy centers of the body known as chakras. We will give a brief introduction to the chakras and their locations in the body as well as general associations and energies. We will then practice a guided meditation designed to open, clear and balance the chakras. Getting this energy flowing in harmony will help you feel more clarity and balance mentally, physically and spiritually.Cancellation Policy
