Event Overview

You've grown tired of cardboard box pasta and you want to graduate to something a little more... artisan. You love pasta, but want to know how to make it in your own home, controlling your own ingredients, making it fresher and more flavorful.

Let us help!

Using pasture-raised eggs and high quality flour, we are going to create a pasta that will impress even the toughest of Italian grandmas! You will learn how to create basic pasta dough, roll it, and cut it. We will taste the pasta in-class, and you'll even be able to take what you make home for dinner that night! It will be glorious!

Recap:

1. Make basic pasta dough, and leave with a tried-and-true recipe that will allow you to customize at home.
2. Learn to roll the pasta (a combination of by hand and machine).
3. Learn how to cut the pasta into several different varieties.
4. Taste pasta in class and take what you make home!

What a great night learning the art of pasta making. The teacher was fun, laid-back and incredibly knowledgable about the craft and made the class a blast. Hands on with dough all over your fingers and we got to use the pasta roller and really see the process. We prepared the sauces and additions to the pastas and enjoyed a fresh dinner that WE made!

Great small class size, loved the enthusiasm of the instructor. Loved even more the opportunity to eat our delicious creations at the end of the night!
