Learn to make pasta like Mama used to make it!

With this class you will learn how easy and fun it is to make your favorite food! Students will work in small groups to create pasta from scratch using the traditional Italian method. When the work is done participants will have a chance to enjoy the fruit of their labor with a family style meal.

Students will be amazed at how rewarding it is to make a meal from start to finish and gain a new skill to share with family and friends for a lifetime.

I really enjoyed this class, even with a few minor hurdles. The instructor was very nice, approachable, and engaging. This is definitely a 2 person/tag-team event if you want to make sure you have enough time to cook AND eat your pasta. His steps were simple and he always answered questions. There were a good amount of students there to help out as well. It turned out very tasty and I can't wait to try this at home!

We had a great time making pasta and learned that it was easier than we expected (although time consuming). Chef John and his wife (who helped assist) were very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful in getting the right technique. I would sign up for another one of his classes.

This class was hands on fun! The teacher shows us how to make the pasta and there were plenty of helpers if you needed advice.
