Event Overview

Mediterranean cuisine is characterized by its flexibility, its range of ingredients and its many regional variations. It is widely believed that Mediterranean cuisine is particularly healthful. Join Chef Lori in the kitchen to create this easy-delicious-healthy 3 course meal. BYOB


Appetizers 
Lemon garlic hummus w/ homemade pita chips
Zucchini fritters with feta and dill*

Dinner 
Greek oregano chicken kebobs w/ cucumber-dill sauce
Spinach & olive orzo salad

Dessert 
Red grape cake with olive oil & polenta


This class has a minimum of 6 attendees.  If we do not get 6 registrations, we will reschedule this class for a later date.
