Join me via Zoom to learn how to make cauliflower gnocchi from scratch! It's easier than you think - and I will take you through every single step in my recipe during class to make sure your final product turns out great!
Cauliflower gnocchi are easier to create than traditional potato gnocchi and are healthy and versatile with lots of different sauces. You can also make them and throw them in the freezer for a ready-made meal for 6-9 months after freezing them. They're a great quarantine staple :)
Also included is a great recipe for arugula pesto, which is a great accompaniment to this dish!
What to Bring
Students will receive a pre-class list outlining all of the ingredients they'll need to buy for class (the list is short!).You'll also need a food processor, a large saute pan and a baking sheet.
