In this LIVE workshop, you will learn tangible ways that you can start your path to healing those pesky gut problems like bloat & leaky gut syndrome that can lead to symptoms like brain fog, skin inflammation, chronic fatigue and more. You will learn symptoms that can arise from gut issues, what causes an imbalance in the gut, and most importantly: tangible solutions you can start implementing into your routine immediately.

Class will be held virtually online, and a recorded session will be emailed out to attendees who have to leave early.

Hi there! I’m Sarah, and I’m a Holistic Health Specialist + Wellness Educator with almost a decade of teaching and working with clients under my belt. I blend together holistic lifestyle practices, nutrition, meditation/spirituality and mindset mastery to create all encompassing wellness programming to help you achieve complete mind + body health. I am a two time author, creator of where you can find over 700 holistic health articles, and I regularly contribute wellness expertise to Chicagoland morning TV shows such as ABC’s Windy City Live, WCIU The Jam, Good Day Chicago Fox and more.

I hold credentials as an Integrative Nutrition + Holistic Health Coach, Reiki Master Practitioner, Internationally accredited meditation teacher and mindset coach, and I studied Nutrition & Dietetics and UIC. It is my honor to work with students to help them learn how they can care for themselves in a completely holistic way, and I’m excited to be able to offer monthly teachings at an affordable rate so that wellness can be inclusive and accessible.
