Event Overview
Come celebrate the holidays with us at Will's Place in Skokie for this wonderful event with our guest chef Katie Walsh. Veteran Chicagoland chef Katie will guide you in creating your very own gingerbread masterpiece that you can take home and put on display! Enjoy a lovely evening with your friends, family or spouse. We will provide light bites and festive drinks to get us into the holiday spirit (and you are welcome to bring your own beverages, too!). Each guest will be provided their very own gingerbread house along with all the candy and icing they need to make the home of their dreams. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
All supplies are provided for this workshop. This event is byob.
100% of the proceeds from this event benefit Will's Place. Will's Place is a non profit cafe dedicated to creating meaningful employment opportunities for adults with disabilities.

Will's Place is a non-profit cafe offering employment opportunities to young adults with special needs. We offer a chef driven menu open for breakfast, and lunch. We also offer catering services. Will's Place is happy to use the bright and beautiful space we have built for classes in the kitchen and the dining room.

Gingerbread house decorating at Will's Place was so fun! The chef prepared beautiful, sturdy gingerbread houses, and we got to choose from a huge array of candies for decor. We had plenty of time to work, the people were friendly, and we even got a festive cocktail to sip. Highly recommend for couples and families, and a great intro to Will's Place, too!
