Are looking to add diversity to your diet? Curious about the plants in your neighborhood? Ever wonder the difference is between a "weed" and a crop?

If yes, then this is the class for you!

Foraging is where plant identification and wildcraft meet. Learn to identify common wild, feral, and domesticated plants that live in the city of Chicago! Learn safety and good neighbor practices, and maybe even a few recipes.

Learn to identify atleast 7 common edible plants.

Ian has been foraging for over 10 years, and leading foraging walks for over 7.
Ian has received both a Permaculture Design Certification, as well as the Vegan Permaculture Design Certification, and works as a landscaper in Chicago.

This class was great!! I learned so much in a short amount of time. Ian definitely knows a lot about plants and his passion comes through his teaching. I would take another class with him in a heartbeat and he has really inspired me to continue learning about foraging.
