Event Overview

Do you describe your networking as unproductive, uncomfortable, a waste of time? Strategic networking offers you a way to change that, increasing your rewards, success, adding more meaning in your life.

We will discuss the five W's of strategic networking, adding focus to an often random activity. Do you have a five second elevator speech? Did you know you should have one? We will cover elevator speeches, how to make them work.

Think of your personal brand, the stuff you bring to strategic networking. You will learn about various components that brand you, that offer opportunities for improving your brand.

Do you want to improve your business development efforts, advance your career, enhance your job search activity or one of the 20 or 30 other most common networking objectives? You will leave this class with new ideas and energy for achieving your networking objectives.

What to Bring

Please bring your own lunch and plan to arrive around 11:45 AM so we can start right at noon.

Fred has worked with international, national and local companies, ranging in size and diversity, and non-profit organizations. He also guest lectures at DePaul University for advanced marketing and public relations classes.

Fred graduated from the University of Illinois Chicago and received an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. He is married to Brenda Wolf, President and CEO of La Rabida Children’s Hospital.
