Event Overview
Interested in shooting a bow & arrow? Do you feel you are the likes of Katniss Everdeen? Or do you have the precision of the classic Robin Hood? Sign up then!
This is a target archery class. You will learn archery basics from stance, eye dominance, and accuracy. Class will be taught in three segments: fundamentals, skill building, and competition. Ultimately each archer will be competing against themselves to improve precision.
This class is for all walks of life, there is no need to be a super athlete to try your hand at archery. All age ranges, genders, and skill sets accepted. Each archer will get to shoot for the duration of the class period with instructions for improvement. Archery allows people to participate in low impact exercise, build hand/eye coordination, and gain concentration/relaxation techniques.
What to Bring
Comfortable clothing and footwear. Avoid baggy/loose clothing, zippers, and neckwear.

All ages welcome
Prerequisites
Practice with your string bow...watch some archery videos on line...come with an open mind...have fun : )

Our instructors are USA Archery certified. We are available throughout the Chicagoland community. We love teaching archery to all types of people and we are happy to see first time archers strike a bullseye. We encourage anyone to try their hand at the sport!

The owner led our make-up course. I had no prior experience, but he provided ample guidance and encouragement. He has a kind and relaxed approach. I am very eager to try archery again.

Please call or email in advance to get the specific address location. Sometimes people have trouble finding the facility if not familiar with the area. We are happy to direct you to us more easily on the phone or via message. The instructor mentioned in this review is no longer teaching courses. We did allow for the proper accommodations in these students getting a make up course in which they expressed they highly enjoyed. Again we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

I went to this class with three of my friends, and we all had a very good time. The instructor was patient and did a good job of helping us to improve.

Jon was an awesome, laid back teacher and I would definitely do this again!

Very disappointed that the class was cancelled without any notification whatsoever.
Received multiple email reminders for the class, but no warning that it was being cancelled. Annoyed by the lack of professionalism. Disappointed because I was really interested in learning the proper techniques of archery :(From Teacher:
I am sorry for your inconvenience. Due to an unforeseen circumstances we are in the process of finding a new facility. Unfortunately, we will be in postponement of classes until further notice. We are grateful for your enthusiasm in archery.
