Event Overview

This eight week program teaches how to achieve and respond with believable and honest emotions before the camera, and it maintains that the key to a succesful performance lies in how the actors relate to one another and to their circumstances. On-camera time throughout the workshop - along with readings, exercises, and discussions - gives actors an accessible resource for practicing the outlined principles and mastering their craft.

Throughout this course, we will cover the concepts of: Slating, Key Lighting, Hitting Your Marks, The Audition, Cold Reading, Camera Vs. Stage, Playing Natural, Discovering Your Moment Before, Exploring A Variety of Camera Shots.

Our On-Camera workshops are designed for actors with various levels of previous training and experience.

To ensure the health and safety of our students during the Covid-19 pandemic, space in this program is limited to no more than six participants. Make the decision to be serious about your career and book a spot for yourself before the workshop is full!

(The class fee includes a $25 dollar new student registration fee and a $15 dollar student workbook.)
