Join local calligrapher Jesilyn Kay in this beginner’s modern calligraphy class. Whether you are interested in learning calligraphy to send out your own stationery cards, wedding envelopes, or create keepsake prints for your home, it’s always important to start with the right tools and instructions.

Like most artistic crafts, it’s hard to know where to start or what supplies to buy. In this Intro to Modern Calligraphy Class, Jesilyn will provide all your professional supplies (that you get to keep!) and teach you all the important skills to begin your own beautiful calligraphy.

She’ll be discussing everything from the tools, how to hold your pen properly, how to create letters, and different techniques to make you more successful. Come join us in this fun, laid-back environment as we learn the ins and outs of modern calligraphy.
