The Good Food Project's Project Bake

The Good Food Project's Project Bake is designed to make baking fun and accessible for everyone. Everybody should know how to cook and bake things they enjoy eating and the more things you can cook, the better.

When you come to our classes, come with an open mind. You’ll try some new things, have a fantastic experience and leave feeling like you have gained the knowledge and confidence that will make your next culinary creation extraordinary.

People tell me that the best takeaways from the classes are not the big lessons, they are the tips and ideas that will make your life easier and improve on what you are already doing.     This class taught me a lot more than I was able to learn on my own and Chelly provided everything I needed to make it an easy hands-on experience. It was the first time I had done anything virtually, and it worked out great. Would I do it again? Yes!

    This was such a fun and worthwhile way to spend an evening! Not only did I go home with a loaf of warm sourdough bread, I now have the tools and knowledge to continue on with my bread baking. So easy! The kitchen was well ventilated and students were well spaced for a safe experience.

    Wonderful class. Hands on learning experience with a finished product for home consumption. Delicious end result. Treat yourself and you will always have bagels anytime you so desire.

    For our very first Dabble experience: it was a complete success! Truly loved learning and then baking what we hoped to be incredible macaroons.
    Our instructor was patient, kind, and a great "gut check" with these surprisingly complex cookies.
    100% would recommend!

    Ps, added bonus of making TWO batches of macaroons. Literally mouth is watering thinking about eating them right now!

    Chelly is a wonderful teacher. She is patient, knowledgeable, very hands-on, and helpful. This three hour class flew by and I plan on taking her sourdough class when it is next provided.

    Fun class. Great tips and tricks! Sticking your fingers in the dough and getting a real tactile teaching experience really helps get a better grasp of bread baking.

    I took the French Macaron class because I have always wanted to learn how to make them. I see French Macarons in bakery cases all the time, and they look so delicious, but are very expensive. This class was absolutely the best! The class was 100% hands-on. We each learned how to make our own French Macarons, and got to make two batches of them to bring home with us. We learned by our mistakes (got to eat those right away) and had the opportunity to make another batch while tweaking our technique. Some of the batches came out of the oven perfect the first try! There were plenty of filling options available too. I definitely recommend this class. A great way to spend 3 hours, ESPECIALLY if you have a group of 10 family members or friends to take the class together. There is free soda, soda water and beer while you work. So much fun!

    Loved learning about making French Macarons, which is a very technical skill at various steps! I know some new things about baking, even if I never make them myself again, I will understand why each beautiful cookie costs what they do:) Lots of fun, and the space at Enterprise was very cool. Thanks for the free beer!

    What a great class. This was a completely hands on experience, we each got to make our own batches of donuts start to finish. The space was great, very clean with plenty of room to cook. Chelly was an excellent instructor, she took time to answer questions and made sure everyone got any extra help they needed. I learned so much in this class and came home with yummy donuts too. I can’t wait to take more of her cooking classes.
