Event Overview

Ever wanted to delve into the world of leatherwork, but felt a bit intimidated by material costs, lack of tools or just general lack of knowledge about this fascinating and extremely versatile craft?

Wel worry not. This is a fun, easy class and gives you a chance to make a few things out of leather - a coaster, key chain or bracelet. In addition there will be plenty of leather scraps - so everyone will have plenty of options when it comes to choosing something to work with. Make a bow tie, a belt, or something else!!

Whether you've done leather work before or are a newbie, this taste of leatherwork will be loads of fun. This class will hopefully inspire you with all the possibilities of leatherwork; shoemaking, sandalmaking, purses and bags. The possibilities are endless!

All materials, hardware and use of tools are included in the tuition. Bring a friend, bring a date, bring your kiddo with you. This is going to be a casual atmosphere where we hope to have lots of good ole' fashioned fun.

If you'd like to bring a beer or two or have a glass of wine to drink while we are working, this is a BYOB affair.

Will was a really fun, laid-back teacher. Good class for a brief intro to leatherwork!

This class was so much fun. We learned a ton of interesting stuff about the craft, and enjoyed some brewskis while hammering out and staining some ballin' coaster and keychain designs. We can't wait to dabble more with will and his leatherwork class!
