Crispy Edge is a gourmet potsticker house. We are proud to pair up with City Farm STL who grows micro greens in our restaurant and put on this special event. What are microgreens? The "baby leaf" super-food. Per the USDA, microgreens contain 4-6x's more nutrients, in some cases 40x's greater concentration, than their mature counterparts.
