Learn how to make your own healthy, bubbly, conconction of probiotics at home in just minutes, using basic ingredients!  Kombucha is great for gut health, allowing one to get beneficial bacteria and yeast in every sip, as well as beneficial acids, antioxidants and vitamins.  We'll show you how to brew, how to flavor, and how to grow your own SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast).

Dr. Diana Toler is a chiropractic physician practicing in the Arnold area. She obtained her Doctorate of Chiropractic, and Masters of Science in Nutrition from Logan University and began practicing at Family Care Chiropractic Center in 2014. Dr. Toler's practice consists of chiropractic care, as well as nutritional counseling and education that includes whole food nutrition, supplemental nutrition, essential oils, and fermented foods. She helps patients by giving them realistic and beneficial options that fit their lifestyle, budget, and time. Her focus with nutrition helps those with Type 2 Diabetes, Auto-Immune Disorders, Fibromyalgia, and Digestive Problems.
