Event Overview

Have you ever bought a bunch of flowers and brought them home, but then could not figure out how to arrange them in a vase? Join City House Country Mouse at Fresh & Co Studio, where we'll show you how to create your own unique floral centerpiece using fresh, seasonal flowers and foliage.

Learn some new skills and figure out how you can use foraged items from your neighborhood to help create a unique arrangement. With spring around the corner, you'll have plenty of opportunities to keep using the skills learned in this workshop to create amazing floral centerpieces!

MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST

I love bringing floral and garden design to people in a hands-on way with our classes. I do not teach people to make a copy of a specific design, rather really enjoy showing participants different options and techniques to make something special.

One of my favorite things about teaching workshops is seeing how individual personalities show up in each piece created, and some of the most beautiful work ends up being from people who swear they are not creative!

If you don't see a workshop here that you wish we would offer - or would like a private or semi-private workshop, just let us know here or via our website.

CHCM is a STL gem. Kate is AWESOME! I attended a wreath workshop with my mom on a Thursday and then signed up for a centerpiece workshop that following Saturday. Both were really fun! The wreath workshop was at the CHCM studio which is small and intimate. The centerpiece workshop was at Fresh & Co in the Grove which was also really pleasant. Kate is patient and kind and will help your vision come to life! At both events, I not only learned to be creative outside of my comfort zone (always fun) but I learned about sustainability and the importance of using locally sourced plants. I will be supporting this local entrepreneur in the future and encourage others to do the same!
