Event Overview
Planting an orchard can be a great way to provide healthy local fruit for your family, but it isn’t as easy as you might think. In the wet, hot Midwest, fruit production can often be a challenge.
Learn from a certified fruit specialist how we can combat these forces through varietal selection, diversification, and native planting. This class will be indoors and include a powerpoint presentation. Extra resources can be emailed to you after the class. EarthDance classes are held every Tuesday from 6-7:30pm at various locations. To see the entire class list, visit www.earthdancefarms.org.
