Event Overview

Bootcamp followed by a healthy brunch 

Please join us for a fun morning of bootcamp that will make you burn calories, gain strength, and stimulate all of your muscle groups! We will be doing mainly bodyweight, dumbbell, and medicine ball exercises. Please bring a mat or large towel and water. 

This bootcamp will be appropriate for all fitness levels, as there will be modifications for each exercise.

Directly following the bootcamp will be a healthy vegan brunch filled with healthy post workout choices.

toasted farro, shaved radish, tofu feta, crispy chickpeas, microgreens, green goddess tahini dressing

Limited to 20 people
Some menu items sourced from local STL food vendors, farms, and gardens.

Join Lauren Roney, super fit chick, who will lead the group in a fun and physical bootcamp. As a life long athlete, bootcamp instructor, and avid weight lifter, Lauren is super pumped to lead you in a fun hour of fitness!

Katy Hacker is a longtime nurse who moonlights as a healthy vegan chef. She has a culinary degree in plant based cooking, a certificate in plant based nutrition, is a certified Food for Life looking Instructor, and runs her own recipe blog. She is the chef behind Dirt Candy Kitchen, a monthly supper club and private dining service.
