Inverted Blown Glass Bowls

Check out our newest glass blowing class for Reno, inverted bowls! Our students love creating this project and we require no previous experience with glass art to join us. We will first start our project by picking out colors, learning studio safety, and more about the glass process. From there we will blow a giant bubble that will then collapse into our finished form. This project is very unique and most of our students love creating this form before moving onto larger wavy bowl sculptures. If you're a newbie or seasoned pro, we know you'll have a great time at this class learning something new.
Students will be encouraged to choose between 1-2 colors to create their project. We will discuss a few different designs in this class before starting our project, making your piece fully customizable and unique to your ideas. We offer this class at other dates and times, simply email us for more info jessica@mantraglassart.com
You will create the work with us, then leave the work overnight in our kilns to create the perfect work of art. Contact us with any questions or ask to see more photos of our student work!
Signed waivers are mandatory upon entering Mantra Glass Art and Fire Studio, and our students will not be able to participate in activities unless these documents are signed.
Dabble receives exclusive pricing for Mantra Glass Art classes and will not be offered at a discount outside of this website. If you have any questions about this please contact Jessica directly for more assistance.

My boyfriend and I had a great experience with Jessica making our blown glass bowls. We both love blown glass but had never tried it ourselves. Jessica talked us through the process and safety procedures and then worked with us step by step to create 2 unique bowls. The whole experience was awesome and we hope to come back and make something else with Jessica in the future :)
