Event Overview
This intro class focuses on the basics of shamanic journeying: traveling to the lower, middle, and upper worlds in a meditative state and meeting spirit guides and totem animals. All levels of experience- including those who have never meditated- are welcome.
We will work with you to identify and understand your spirit guides and totem animals, as well as learn tips and tricks for easily injecting this exercise into your daily life.
Leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and connected!
Please note: We will be starting at 4 PM sharp; as this is a guided, group meditation, any latecomers will be incredibly disruptive to the experience. Please aim to arrive no later than 15 minutes early to sign in and get comfortable.
What to wear/ bring: Please dress comfortably and bring something to lay on for the meditation (yoga mat, blanket, etc.). If you are sensitive to light, please bring an eye mask or something to place over your eyes so that you can enjoy the meditation!
