Event Overview

This booking is for our weekly event that will take place over a 12-week session program. Each session builds on the previous session, so it is recommended to attend all 12 sessions to get the full benefit of the class. Each class will take place over 12 weeks on either Saturday or Sunday around 1-3 pm. If there is a high demand, we can do two sessions a week.&nbsp;</p>

I am a certified Zhealth trainer trained in R-phase, which includes joint mobility, rehabilitation and re-education. The 3 Pillars Strong program helps improve vision, balance and overall movement. I have helped people reduce their chronic pain, tinnitus, balance, knee pain, shoulder pain and lower back pain. These exercises are simple and can be down standing, sitting or even lying down!
