This workshop is for those of any experience level who want to try using watercolor painting to create handmade set of holiday greeting cards. Internationally-exhibited artist Kelley Schei focuses on teaching some basic skills while letting you find your own creative style in a fun, supportive atmosphere. In this workshop you will learn to:
With a little technique (and a little wine) you'll be able to create a notecard set with handmade charm to make a gift special or brighten someone's day. Painting materials and instruction provide, BYOB!
*Please note that there is construction in the neighborbood, but there is a free parking lot to the south of our building. We also have a free lot to the east of the new build (behind AND Collaborative and Meraki Moon.)

Kelley Schei is an award-winning, internationally exhibited painter who recently completed residencies in Vermont, Italy and Iceland. She has a MFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and works from her Denver-based studio. She has taught at museums and universities, but believes that the venue doesn't matter and that anyone can learn to paint in a meaningful and aesthetically interesting way.
