Start your day with tranquility. 


 


Meditation, the cornerstone of spirituality, brings peace and clarity. Through guided meditation, silent meditation, and energy healing you will catalyze your experience towards deeper knowledge and serenity. 


 


This class will give you an opportunity to expand your concentration, explore your inner self and increase your calmness.


 


How is the class structured? Every session will begin and end with guided meditation to help you center and return. In between we will sit together in silence. After meditation there will be an opportunity for discussion and Q&A.
